  • Orders & Payments

    We offer a variety of payment options including:

    • online payment with your VISA or Mastercard credit/debit card,
    • online payment via Internet Banking (choose Bank Deposit during checkout for instructions).

    At the moment you place an online order, an email will be automatically generated and sent to you with your shopping cart order details.

    NOTE: items will NOT be shipped until payment has been received / cleared.

  • GST

    GST = Goods and Sales Tax.

    All prices listed on our website include GST.

  • Shipping Policy

    We ship throughout New Zealand via Post Haste.

    For our locally-based customers, we also offer a Local Pickup (Click & Collect) service.

    Our environment is important to us and we use recycled bags for our orders that can be recycled after.

  • Return & Refund Policy

    Garlico Marlborough has a 7-day Return Policy, which means you have up to 7 days after your order has been delivered to request a return.

    Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the products are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong products, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The products were purchased within the last 7 days.
    • The products are in their original packaging.
    • The products have been kept in a cool, dark, dry place.

    NOTE: Return shipping is at your cost and should be tracked so that there is proof of delivery to us.

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
